To view all products in all price ranges, simply click on the "Click to Search!" button at the bottom:
Alternatively, simply click on the "All Products" link on the left-hand side.
You can limit your search to include specific categories of products (e.g. watches) or sub-categories of products (e.g. ladies watches) or even more specific categories or products (e.g. ladies leather band watches).
You can even limit your search to include only products described by specific keywords (e.g. "gents silver") or within specific price ranges (e.g. R60.00 or less).
Alternatively, you can just search by product code.
Selecting or entering any search criteria is completely optional. If you do not select any search criteria and "click to search" we will display all products in all price ranges.
The more search criteria that you select, the more that you limit your search (e.g. if you select a product sub-category, enter keywords and select a price range, only those products matching all three of your criteria will be displayed).
If no or few search results are displayed based on the search criteria that you have selected, you may find it helpful to change or remove some of your search criteria (e.g. using no or different keywords when searching again).
You can place your mouse over a product name below the "Name" column to see a small image of the product at the top to the right of the search results.
You can click on a link below the "Name" column to view that product's details.
Click on the drop-down list with the heading "Select a Category" and select the relevant product category (e.g. "Watches")
If the heading "Select a Category" changes to "NOW select a Sub-Category", you can click on the drop-down list again and select a more specific category (e.g. 'Ladies Watches').
If the heading then changes to "Select a Sub-Category AGAIN", you can click on the drop-down list again and select an even more specific sub-category (e.g. 'Ladies Leather Band Watches').
Alternatively, if you do not make any sub-category selections, when you "click to search" we will display all products in the product category (e.g. "All Watches").
Another way of searching by product category is by clicking on the product category buttons on the left-hand side (e.g. click on the "Clocks" button to display all clocks).
If the product category that you have chosen has sub-categories, then a maroon and grey menu with product sub-categories (e.g. "Metal") appears when you place your mouse over the product category label (e.g."Pens").
Place your mouse over the label of the relevant sub-category on this menu and click to search on all products in this sub-category (e.g. to search for all metal pens, place your mouse over the label on the "Pens" button and when the sub-category menu appears, move your mouse over the "Metal" label and click).
You can use keywords to limit searches to only those products that could be described using the keywords that you enter (e.g. if the product category selected is watches, you may only want those that could be described as "silver" and "digital" to be displayed).
To search by keyword, type in one or more words separated by spaces in the box with the heading "Type in Keyword" (e.g. type in the word silver followed by a space and then the word digital) to search for silver digital products in the category that you have selected.
Only those products that match all of the keywords will be displayed (e.g. if you enter the keywords "red" and "aluminium", then products that are red but not aluminium will not be displayed).
When using keywords to search, it is important that every word is spelt correctly and that only the absolutely vital keywords be entered.
Do not enter sentences or any unnecessary words (e.g. "the" or "a"). It is best to enter no more than one or two keywords at most.
You can select a price range to limit searches to only those products whose price per item (excluding VAT) matches the price range that you have selected.
To search by price range, click on the drop-down list with the heading "Select Price Range Per Item" and select the relevant price range (e.g. select "R60.00 or less" to only see those products that sell for R60.00 or less per item excluding VAT).
Alternatively, if you do not make a price range selection, when you "click to search" we will display products that match your other search criteria regardless of price.
You can search by product code if you know the code of a specific product for which you would like more information (e.g. type in WT302LTA or wt302lta).
To search by product code, simply type in the product code in lower or upper case in the box with the heading "Type in Product Code"
If you type in a product code you do not need to enter any other search criteria.
